                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF PARKS & RECREATION TO EXECUTE AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH LOSE & ASSOCIATES, INC.
                   RELATIVE TO PROJECTION OF SITE DEVELOPMENT
                   PLANS AND PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
                   GREENWAY FARM FOR CONSIDERATIONS OF THIRTY-
                   SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($37,000.00) FOR THE
                   DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SEVEN AND ONE-HALF
                   PERCENT (7 1/2%) OF THE CONSTRUCTION VALUE
                   FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS, PLUS
                   REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of Parks and
       Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement
       with Lose & Associates, Inc. relative to projection of site
       development plans and Phase 1 construction drawings for Greenway
       Farm for considerations of $37,000.00 for the Development Plan 
and
       7 1/2% of the construction value for the Construction Plans, plus 

       reimbursement of expenses.
